An old family recipe given to me by my cousin Nancy. Layer:
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs in bottom of dish
2 pounds of scallops, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp salt - Rosemary to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 pound butter, cut into chunks over top
1/2 cup milk or cream poured over top
Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes -- Delicious!

That scallop casserole sounds absolutely delicious — creamy, comforting, and perfect for a cozy evening meal. I can almost imagine the aroma filling the kitchen! Whenever I cook something rich like that, I try to keep the air fresh and comfortable afterward, especially since seafood dishes can leave a strong scent. Using dry mode in ac helps a lot with that — it reduces humidity and keeps the air crisp without overcooling the room. It’s one of those small tricks that make cooking at home even more enjoyable while keeping the atmosphere pleasant and balanced.
